Product Overview

The Allen-Bradley 1771-ID is an isolated input module from the 1771 product bulletin. It provides six 120VAC/120VDC isolated input channels. Each channel requires a nominal input current of 8 mA at 120 VAC and 8 mA at 120 VDC. The module mounts to any 1771 I/O chassis. It uses the 1771-WD field wiring arm for connections. This module has individual channel isolation. It allows each channel to operate at different voltage ratings if needed. The 1771-ID is designed for use with float switches, limit switches, pushbuttons, and selector switches. Input filtering improves power quality by limiting effects of voltage transients. This leads to minimal downtime and longer product life.
