Installation & Maintenance Guide

Mount the 1762-OW8 on a DIN rail (35x7.5 or 35x15 mm) or panel. Use DIN rail end anchors in high vibration environments. For higher vibration, panel mount is recommended. Avoid debris falling into the module. Connect the ribbon cable to the adjacent expansion module or base controller. Ensure the module is configured in the hardware configuration. Operate in Pollution Degree 2 environments only. Replace defective modules promptly to maintain system integrity. Signal delay is 10 ms for both on-to-off and off-to-on transitions.
