Installation & Maintenance Guide

Mount the 1794-ACN15 on a DIN rail. Ensure proper grounding to the chassis. Use a zinc-plated yellow-chromate steel DIN rail. Connect power wiring with appropriate wire sizes. Single wire: 0.33 to 2.5 mm² (22-12 AWG). Double wire: 0.33 to 1.3 mm² (22-16 AWG). Use copper wire rated at 75 °C or greater. Keep power wiring under 10 meters (32.8 feet). The module has three status indicators: I/O Status, Comm A, and Comm B. Each shows red or green for diagnostics. No regular maintenance is required beyond periodic inspection.
